Kung, Kin Chung is a barrister practising at Droit Chambers, developing a broad practice across family related and criminal cases. He has a particular emphasis on market misconduct and SFC proceedings, family and probate law, tax, white-collar crime, and professional disciplinary hearings.

Before qualifying as a barrister, he served as Chief Investment Officer at a private single family office, where he managed diverse investment portfolios and oversaw complex financial structures across multiple jurisdictions. This background gives him a rare and practical understanding of the financial dimensions of legal disputes — an advantage that few barristers can offer.

He holds dual Certified Public Accountant qualifications — FCPA (HKICPA) in Hong Kong and CPA (AICPA) in the United States — and is also a Certified Forensic Accountant (Cr.FAC) through the American College of Forensic Examiners. In 2025, he further qualified as a Certified Trust Practitioner and as a Greater Bay Area Lawyer, extending his practice into trust and cross-border GBA matters.

He is fluent in English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese, enabling him to serve clients across Hong Kong's diverse legal community and to handle matters with cross-border dimensions involving mainland China and the Greater Bay Area.
